How do you merge different JPG image files into a single file?
Image File "Merging"These are image files. Each file renders an image when loaded in any graphics editor or viewer from the code in the file. The image file reader interprets the JPG code to produce the image. What Is Merge?A "merge" process as I understand it, is putting two or more files together to produce one. It works for text files because it's text. The smallest component of a text file is a letter. You can merge two columns of data to produce one list.If you merged together the code for two JPGs at the binary level (not knowing specifics of JPG code), I am not sure what you would get. What Are Your Requirements?Do you want all images to appear together in one file? Like in a mosaic or quilt? That's what I imagine when you ask about merging two images. You use a graphic editor to edit graphics files. There are very cool multi-image mosaic projects out there. Is that what you want to do?Quick Image Editing How-ToI presume here is that you want your collection of images to appear in one image file. First, consult your image editor for instructions how to paste up more than one image file. Each editor will have specific steps and menu options. Most take time to master. I have worked with Windows Paint since when it was new so I am best with that. Others use Photoshop. GIMP is also a good editor, but I rate it as more advanced and will require time with the tutorial before starting to use it.This type of computer skill requires stepping back and learning a new skill. It may take a few hours or a few days before you can complete the task you have in mind. It will also depend upon your operating system, the graphics app you are using, your computer system and your screen. What I do (with Windows Paint) is start with a new page, change size to fit all images, use "Paste From" to find and paste images from my computer, arrange images and save. One tip (if you are really new at this) is to learn to use the Zoom tool to adjust view so that you can arrange your images.Details to consider:Sizes of imagesResolutions of imagesPortrait or landscapeHow image will be used (art, advertising, website, print-making, etc.)It's best if you have a large screen if you are seriously into graphics editing as a profession or even a hobby. Your computer should also be up to the task of loading and rendering images.Hope this helps. Please include more specifics about what you want to achieve, your skill level and your system next time you ask about how to complete a task on the computer.
How do I merge multiple JPG files into one PDF document, or how do I merge multiple PDF files into one? (The files are in Photoshop, and I don't have Adobe Bridge).
The easiest way I know how to do this is use the builtin program, Preview, found on all Mac computers. You can drag and drop images or open image files and easily merge them into one PDF file. The detailed instructions are here: here: Convert JPG to PDF on Mac OS X .So if you don’t have a Mac, perhaps you can borrow one from a friend.Adobe sells expensive software, Adobe Acrobat, that can do the same thing on Windows. Perhaps somebody else knows of another low cost or free program to do the same on Windows.
How do I merge multiple PNG/JPG files in one JPG picture without losing the initial quality? I've tried using online tools for that, but I was either losing the quality of the final merge or the websites showed error.
You can use the technique as described by Johannes Strömberg, however you don’t need to pay for an expensive program like PhotoShop. You can instead use any number of free programs such as the free program, ImageJ.ImageJ was designed for medical imaging, where destructive compression would have real life impact, so it very carefully preserves image detail. It includes features such as image merge, giving you complete control over the process.Features of ImageJ: Features. Here are some detailed directions for merging images in ImageJ: Joining Images.

Is there a possibility of data theft from websites that offer free file format conversions such as PDF to JPG or merging several PDF files?
Yes, it is possible. We are running an HTML - PDF conversion service [1] and from experience, I can say that it would be possible to store documents / logs / output files etc if one wanted to. Even if it is not malicious, a caching layer etc can compromise documents if the provider is not careful. We had customers asking this very question too. Recently added a `privacy` parameter that redacts URLs etc from logs and streams the resulting document back to the caller, without storing it anywhere. Since this particular service requires a web browser to function, we also take care of purging any browser caches and history logs etc. Also, in the age of GDPR and huge fines, most established services would try their best to get rid of any customer data so that’s a bonus. I’d say go with a paid provider as free ones will need to cover their expenses in some way, which might be malicious.[1]: HTML to PDF API - Convert selectable PDF documents from HTML files
How can multiple jpeg files be combined into one jpeg file and not a PDF?
Use an image editing program like GIMP or Adobe Photoshop. Create a transparent image, with dimensions large enough to accommodate each of the multiple JPEG files tiled together, like a collage. Then repeat the following for each of the multiple JPEG files:Open the JPEG fileSelect all of the imageEdit… Copy…Close that JPEG fileMake the transparent image window activeEdit… PasteMove the pasted portion to where it belongs on the collage-like large image. When all the multiple images are pasted into the collage, then use the File… Export As… menu command to export the collage-like large image as a JPEG file.Your question is not clear how the multiple JPEG images should be arranged in the “combined… JPEG file”. Thus, making a collage-like large image should be acceptable.Do you want a single JPEG file which shows multiple images, one at a time? Sorry, the JPEG image file format does not support that structure.
