How do you convert PDF files to .step files?

Here are some free options. For sensitive documents (that I don’t want to upload to an online PDF editor), I use PDF XChange Editor, which is free (some of the functions require a pro license but annotating/adding text to a PDF is not one of them). Pdf Converter Online I’ve been using it for years (when it was called PDF XChange Viewer), and I especially like that it comes with a virtual printer that allows you to print to PDF. I’ve also found an application called PDFelement which has an unlimited trial version. #PDFelement 6. The Complete PDF Solution However, the trial adds a watermark to every page so personally I don’t think it’s a good option. Other than the watermark it seems pretty capable for a free editor. See. Convert PDF: All You Need to Know

The trial is limited in terms of what you can edit and change. When you try to open a PDF file that contains embedded data, it creates an error saying the file is corrupted. If a PDF file was modified in another application, you won’t be able to open it until that application is shutdown. (When I’m in a certain scenario, such as using a PDF-Edit program, I can open them directly.) I also find that when I go into the Options section of the program, it’ll start showing me the first page of PDF's containing embedded data. That is, the second page. Since the editor shows just the first page, there will be no indication of how many of those pages are affected. PDF element is free but it has some limitations. The main limitation is that you can only edit the content of the embedded data.
